Doyle Island

Im not very familiar with how u run islands... but is it possible to build new shops on it?

If it is... would i be able to run a Blacksmith?
and also... how much would it cost if it is possible?

I don't believe there is room on doyle for building, currently. A building/shoppe would have to be destroyed to make one. And the labor and supplies needed to build a shoppe would cost alot.. looking around probably over a mil depending on how well the supplies come in.
